Read at the site, every 30 minutes, including tariff windows
Prices rise faster than they fall, and the gap is measurable. Tracking wholesale against pump price site by site is how a fleet buyer, a regulator or a journalist can put a number on it.

What the data says to do about it
This is petrol in India — a single example. Actowiz reads prices at 41,000 fuel sites and 18,600 charge points across four markets, every 30 minutes, including time-of-day tariffs. We build custom dashboards in under 7 days.

How a logistics fleet cut energy cost without changing a single vehicle
The fleet negotiated one national rate with a single network and assumed that settled it. Actowiz read prices at every site within two kilometres of their 41 main routes, every thirty minutes, for ten weeks. Two findings changed the contract: the negotiated rate was above the local market price in nine of twenty-four cities, and their newly electrified last-mile fleet was charging at 7pm on peak tariffs when a window four hours later was 38% cheaper. Renegotiating city by city rather than nationally, and shifting depot charging into the off-peak window, cut energy cost by 9.4% with no change to the fleet or the routes.
A full year of site-level fuel and charging prices across India, the United States, the United Kingdom and the UAE — petrol, diesel, CNG and DC fast charging, normalised to cost per 100 km.
What fleet, energy and research teams ask first
Published prices are usually a city-level indicative rate for one or two state networks. They do not show what an individual site charges, and in most markets sites vary by several percent within the same city on the same day. We read the price at the site, which is the number a driver actually pays.
By normalising everything to cost per 100 kilometres using a defined reference vehicle for each energy type — fuel efficiency for combustion, consumption per kilometre for electric. That is the only comparison a fleet can act on, because a price per litre and a price per kWh are not comparable numbers.
Yes, and this is often the bigger cost than price. We check connector-level status continuously, so you get uptime per charge point rather than per site. A site listed as available with three of four connectors faulty is reported as such, which is what stops a driver being routed there.
Captured as separate price points. Many charging networks vary rates by four or more windows across a day, with a spread that can exceed 40%. We record the tariff schedule per network and per site, so depot charging can be scheduled against it rather than guessed at.
India, the United States, the United Kingdom and the UAE, across 96 cities. That covers the major state and private fuel networks in each market plus the main charging operators. Additional markets or a specific network can be added in about a week.
Both. You get the live dashboard, a REST API for your fleet management or routing system, daily CSV or Parquet exports, and alerts when a price moves beyond a threshold or a charge point on a key route goes offline. Site coordinates are included so the feed can drive routing directly.
Send us your routes or depot locations and the energy types you run. We will read every site within range for a week and send back a site-level price and uptime report — free, no commitment.
