ABC-Mart Japan Sneaker Size-Level Pricing & Availability Dataset
ABC-Mart is Japan's largest footwear retailer, and this file captures its sneaker shelf size by size — 17 columns covering price in JPY, brand, gender, colour, material, manufacturer number and a matched run of sizes and availability flags on every row.
It is a multi-brand view: Nike, ASICS, adidas and PUMA side by side at one retailer. In the supplied sample 69% of size slots were buyable and only 16 of 50 colourways had a complete size run — the gaps are where demand is showing.
The file already exists, because this pipeline runs every other day whether you buy it or not. Most vendors start collecting after you order — which is why they quote a lead time. Here the most recent file is in your account within minutes of payment, with an API key issued at the same time.
What you get, in plain terms
Four things. This is the file to take if you want to see how competing brands sell through at the same Japanese retailer.
Every size, with its own stock flag
The size run and the availability run arrive as matched pipe-separated lists — size 3 lines up with availability 3. One row tells you exactly which sizes can be bought, not just whether the shoe can.
Four major brands on one shelf
Nike, ASICS, adidas and PUMA in the supplied sample, all priced and stocked by the same retailer — a like-for-like comparison no brand's own site can give you.
Manufacturer number on every row
Manufacture number is the brand's own style code, so rows join to your product master without matching Japanese product names.
However you want it
Direct download, REST API, Amazon S3, Google Cloud, Snowflake or SFTP. The API key comes with the dataset.
Fields included in this dataset
All 17 columns, in the exact order they appear in the file — taken straight from the sample, not from a brochure. The free sample ships with a data dictionary giving an example value for each one.
Sample rows from the real file
Real rows from the sample file, not an illustration. The free sample is 50 colourways with all 17 columns.
Coverage
Captured every other day across ABC-Mart Japan's online sneaker catalogue. Sizes and availability arrive as two matched pipe-separated lists on the same row, so one row holds the full size run of a colourway.
| Brand | Colourways in sample | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| ASICS | 18 | Home-market brand, the deepest range on the shelf |
| Nike | 16 | Largest overseas brand by listing count |
| adidas | 11 | Core lifestyle and running lines |
| PUMA | 5 | Smaller range at this retailer |
| Size slots buyable | 291 of 419 (69%) | Across every size of every colourway sampled |
| Complete size runs | 16 of 50 | The rest have at least one size already gone |

Historical data
The last 30 days come with the dataset. Beyond that we hold ABC-Mart Japan records from February 2025 onwards — enough to see a full spring-to-winter size sell-through cycle.

We can extend this dataset beyond the standard 17 columns — one row per size rather than per colourway is the most requested change, along with store-level stock and the rest of ABC-Mart's footwear range.

About ABC-Mart Japan sneaker data
ABC-Mart is Japan's largest footwear retailer by store count, and its online catalogue carries every major athletic brand side by side. That makes it one of the few places where you can compare how Nike, ASICS, adidas and PUMA actually sell through under identical conditions — same retailer, same shopper, same prices on the day.
Why size-level data is the point
A sneaker colourway is not one product; it is a run of sizes, and they sell out at different speeds. In the supplied sample only 16 of 50 colourways still had every size available, and 69% of individual size slots were buyable. A colourway-level in-stock flag would have called all fifty available. The size run is where demand actually shows.
The manufacturer number is the join key
Product names arrive in Japanese and vary by colourway. Manufacture number carries the brand's own style code, which is what makes the file joinable to your product master and to our other sneaker datasets without fuzzy matching.
Material and gender come parsed
Material arrives as the retailer states it — synthetic leather, synthetic fibre, resin — and Gender splits MEN and WOMEN, so assortment analysis needs no parsing of Japanese titles.
Is collecting this data legal?
Collecting publicly visible product and price information is generally lawful in most jurisdictions. Actowiz collects only public pages, respects robots.txt and platform terms, holds no personal data, and aligns with GDPR and CCPA. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, and this dataset carries documented provenance so your legal team can review the source before you buy.
Frequently asked questions
Size reads “22cm | 22.5cm | 23cm …” and Availability reads “True | True | False …” in the same order. Split both on the pipe and zip them together to get one record per size.
