Fabletics Catalogue, Size & Colour-Level Stock Dataset
Fabletics sells activewear on a membership model, and this file captures its US catalogue at variant level — 30 columns covering price, stock flag, colour, size, fabric and fit detail, ratings and image URLs.
Because the price is a membership price, availability is the number that moves: in the supplied sample of one style in three colourways, 20 of 50 size rows were already out of stock while every row held the same $84.95 price.
The file already exists, because this pipeline runs once a month whether you buy it or not. Most vendors start collecting after you order — which is why they quote a lead time. Here the most recent file is in your account within minutes of payment, with an API key issued at the same time.
What you get, in plain terms
Four things. Membership pricing means stock, not price, carries the signal.
One row per size and colour
The file is at variant level, not product level: every size and colourway of a style is its own row with its own SKU and stock flag, so you can see exactly which sizes are still buyable.
Ratings next to availability
Num Ratings and Average Ratings sit on the row, so a style's popularity can be read against what is left in each size.
Fabric and fit in the description
Description carries the fabric, feel, fit and intended activity — the detail that separates two $85 sweatshirts.
However you want it

Fields included in this dataset
All 30 columns, in the exact order they appear in the file — taken straight from the sample, not from a brochure. The free sample ships with a data dictionary giving an example value for each one.
Sample rows from the real file
Real rows from the sample file, not an illustration. The supplied sample has 50 variant rows with all 30 columns.
Coverage
Captured monthly across fabletics.com. One row is one size-colour variant, identified by its SKU, with the style in PID.
| Metric | In the supplied sample | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Variant rows | 50 | One style, three colourways |
| Colours | Black · Dragonfruit · Classic Grey Heather | Plus further shades |
| Sizes | XXS through 4X | Extended sizing captured |
| Out of stock | 20 of 50 size rows | Two in five sizes gone |
| Price | $84.95 on every row | Membership pricing — see the FAQ |
| Ratings | On all 50 rows | Average 4.7 |

Historical data
The last 30 days come with the dataset. Beyond that we hold Fabletics records from February 2025 onwards.

We can extend this dataset beyond the standard 30 columns — the member and non-member price as separate fields is the most requested addition, along with a category path.

About Fabletics catalogue data
Fabletics sells activewear through a membership programme, where members pay a different price from one-off shoppers. That model changes what competitive data is worth: the headline price moves less, and availability does the talking.
Stock is the signal
Twenty of 50 sampled size rows were out of stock across three colourways of a single style, concentrated in the middle sizes. Tracked monthly, that pattern shows which colours and sizes sell through and how quickly they are replenished.
Extended sizing captured
The sampled range ran from XXS to 4X, each size its own row with its own SKU and stock flag — useful if you are benchmarking size inclusivity as well as price.
Two things to plan for
Category, Discount, IsOnSale, Keywords and UPC or EAN came through empty on every sampled row, and every row carried the same price, so this feed will not show markdowns; ask for the member and non-member price split if you need both.
Is collecting this data legal?
Collecting publicly visible product and price information is generally lawful in most jurisdictions. Actowiz collects only public pages, respects robots.txt and platform terms, holds no personal data, and aligns with GDPR and CCPA. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, and this dataset carries documented provenance so your legal team can review the source before you buy.
