Reformation Catalogue, Size-Level Stock & Occasion Dataset
Reformation sells dresses and womenswear with a sustainability story and a strong occasion business, and this file captures its US catalogue at variant level — 31 columns covering price, stock flag, colour, size, collection and images.
Availability is where the signal is: the sample ran $35 to $428 with no markdowns, while 28 of 50 size rows were already out of stock — including across the weddings collection.
The file already exists, because this pipeline runs once a month whether you buy it or not. Most vendors start collecting after you order — which is why they quote a lead time. Here the most recent file is in your account within minutes of payment, with an API key issued at the same time.
What you get, in plain terms
Four things. A full-price brand where the sold-out size is the demand read.
One row per size and colour
The file is at variant level, not product level: every size and colourway of a style is its own row with its own SKU and stock flag, so you can see exactly which sizes are still buyable.
Occasion collections
Category carries collection values rather than a path — “weddings”, “tops”, “all” — so the bridal and occasion range can be filtered out on its own.
Third-party brands too
Brand named Patagonia on 5 of 50 sampled rows alongside Reformation's own label — the file keeps guest brands identifiable.
However you want it
Direct download, REST API, Amazon S3, Google Cloud, Snowflake or SFTP. The API key comes with the dataset.
Fields included in this dataset
All 31 columns, in the exact order they appear in the file — taken straight from the sample, not from a brochure. The free sample ships with a data dictionary giving an example value for each one.
Sample rows from the real file
Real rows from the sample file, not an illustration. The supplied sample has 50 variant rows with all 31 columns.
Coverage
Captured monthly across thereformation.com. One row is one size-colour variant, identified by its SKU, with the style in PID.

About Reformation catalogue data
Reformation sells dresses and womenswear built around a sustainability story, with a significant bridal and occasion business. It trades largely at full price, so its data behaves more like a luxury brand's than a fast-fashion one's.
Sold out, not marked down
No sampled row carried a discount while 28 of 50 were out of stock. For a brand that rarely promotes, sold-out sizes are the demand series — and the weddings collection is where it shows first.
Numeric US sizing
Sizes arrive as “000”, “002”, “004”, “006” — the brand's own numeric grid — each its own row with its own stock flag, so the size curve is readable exactly as the customer sees it.
Two things to plan for
Category is populated on only 24 of 50 rows, and one row has no price at all; Colour and Size appear on 37. pagesave_id is an internal archive reference to our stored copy of the page, which we strip on request.
Is collecting this data legal?
Collecting publicly visible product and price information is generally lawful in most jurisdictions. Actowiz collects only public pages, respects robots.txt and platform terms, holds no personal data, and aligns with GDPR and CCPA. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, and this dataset carries documented provenance so your legal team can review the source before you buy.
Frequently asked questions
Category read “weddings” on 7 of 50 sampled rows, so the bridal range can be filtered and tracked on its own.
