Swarovski Catalogue, Collectible Pricing & Stock Dataset
Swarovski sells jewellery, home décor and collector pieces from one catalogue, and this file captures all of it — 30 columns covering list price, final price, discount, stock flag, colour, category path, description and images.
The price spread tells you why that matters: the sample ran from a $59 pendant to a $23,000 collector piece, with 19 of 50 rows discounted up to 40% and 15 out of stock.
The file already exists, because this pipeline runs once a month whether you buy it or not. Most vendors start collecting after you order — which is why they quote a lead time. Here the most recent file is in your account within minutes of payment, with an API key issued at the same time.
What you get, in plain terms
Four things. One brand, three businesses — fashion jewellery, home décor and collectibles.
Jewellery, décor and collectibles
Category paths separate “Jewelry/Earrings” from “Decorations/Home décor” and “Decorations/SCS exclusive products”, the collector-society range.
List price and final price side by side
Price is the list price, Final Price what a shopper pays and Discount the saving in dollars, so markdown depth is a subtraction, not a guess.
Descriptive product names
Names carry the line, motif, colour and finish — “Symbolica pendant, Evil eye, Blue, Mixed metal finish” — so collections can be grouped without a separate field.
However you want it
Direct download, REST API, Amazon S3, Google Cloud, Snowflake or SFTP. The API key comes with the dataset.
Fields included in this dataset
All 30 columns, in the exact order they appear in the file — taken straight from the sample, not from a brochure. The free sample ships with a data dictionary giving an example value for each one.
Sample rows from the real file
Real rows from the sample file, not an illustration. The supplied sample has 50 products with all 30 columns.
Coverage
Captured monthly across swarovski.com's US site. One row is one product, identified by its SKU and product URL.

Historical data
The last 30 days come with the dataset. Beyond that we hold Swarovski records from February 2025 onwards.

We can extend this dataset beyond the standard 30 columns — a collection field and motif tags parsed from the product name are the most requested additions.

About Swarovski catalogue data
Swarovski sells crystal jewellery, home décor, glassware and collector pieces through its own site. The three ranges behave differently — fashion jewellery turns fast, décor is seasonal, and the collector-society pieces are limited and expensive — so any analysis has to separate them first.
A very wide price range
The sample ran from a $59 pendant to a $23,000 collector item, with a median of $134. Nineteen of 50 rows were discounted by up to 40%, concentrated in the fashion jewellery end rather than the collector pieces.
SCS exclusives identified
Six sampled rows sat in “Decorations/SCS exclusive products” — the Swarovski Crystal Society range sold to members. For anyone tracking collectibles or resale, that category is the one that matters.
Two things to plan for
Size, Gender, IsOnSale, Keywords, Manufacturer, UPC or EAN and both rating columns came through empty; Colour is populated on 8 of 50 rows because colour is usually inside the product name instead.
Is collecting this data legal?
Collecting publicly visible product and price information is generally lawful in most jurisdictions. Actowiz collects only public pages, respects robots.txt and platform terms, holds no personal data, and aligns with GDPR and CCPA. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, and this dataset carries documented provenance so your legal team can review the source before you buy.
