T.J. Maxx Off-Price Catalogue, Brand & Size-Level Dataset
T.J. Maxx sells brand-name goods at off-price tickets, and the interesting question is always whose goods, at what price. This file answers it — 30 columns covering ticket price, brand, category, stock flag, colour, size and images.
In the sampled activewear range, Tommy Bahama, Under Armour, Carbon38 and Gottex all sat between $12.99 and $29.99, every row in stock, every ticket already the final price.
The file already exists, because this pipeline runs once a month whether you buy it or not. Most vendors start collecting after you order — which is why they quote a lead time. Here the most recent file is in your account within minutes of payment, with an API key issued at the same time.
What you get, in plain terms
Four things. The off-price channel, where a premium brand's real clearing price is visible.
Off-price, brand by brand
Brand names the label behind each ticket — Tommy Bahama, Under Armour, Carbon38 — so you can see whose goods clear through the off-price channel and at what price.
One row per size and colour
The file is at variant level, not product level: every size and colourway of a style is its own row with its own SKU and stock flag, so you can see exactly which sizes are still buyable.
Specification inside the description
Fabric, finish, length and care run through Description — “nylon/elastane”, “23in length from shoulder to hem”, “moisture wicking” — enough to match a ticket to the original style.
However you want it
Direct download, REST API, Amazon S3, Google Cloud, Snowflake or SFTP. The API key comes with the dataset.
Fields included in this dataset
All 30 columns, in the exact order they appear in the file — taken straight from the sample, not from a brochure. The free sample ships with a data dictionary giving an example value for each one.
Sample rows from the real file
Real rows from the sample file, not an illustration. The supplied sample has 50 variant rows with all 30 columns.
Coverage
Captured monthly across tjmaxx.tjx.com. One row is one size-colour variant, identified by its SKU, with the style in PID.

We can extend this dataset beyond the standard 30 columns — fabric composition and garment measurements parsed out of the description are the most requested additions.

About T.J. Maxx catalogue data
T.J. Maxx is the largest off-price apparel retailer in the United States, buying branded overstock and selling it at a single marked ticket. There is no markdown ladder to track — the ticket is already the discounted price, which is exactly why brands watch it.
Brand-level visibility
Eleven brands appeared across 12 sampled styles, from mass activewear labels to Tommy Bahama and Carbon38. For a brand, this is the clearest available view of where surplus product is clearing and at what number.
Assortment changes fast
Off-price inventory is opportunistic: what is listed this month is often gone next month. A monthly capture builds the only durable record of what passed through, since the retailer keeps no archive of its own.
Two things to plan for
Price and Final Price matched on all 50 rows and Discount, IsOnSale, UPC or EAN, Gender, Keywords, Manufacturer and both rating columns came through empty. The supplied sample covers women's activewear only; ask for a wider one if you track other departments.
