Electrify America is owned by a vehicle manufacturer group, with an industrial partner taking a minority stake in a $450 million round announced in June 2022. The collection-relevant change is pricing: the public pricing page no longer publishes rates, stating instead that price depends on charger location, the driver's plan and the energy delivered, with live pricing shown in the app or on the charger. A network tariff table therefore does not exist; prices are a per-station field. Records sit at site level with brand and operator as separate keys and an observed_at stamp on every row, nothing behind a login or an exchange licence is collected, and a site that disappears is confirmed across runs before it is called a closure.

Any page still quoting a single national rate for this network is describing a structure that was retired.
