How Actowiz monitored 20K–30K product listings across Amazon.de, Kaufland.de, and Allegro.pl with daily updates — tracking prices, availability, sellers, and change signals (new, changed, and disappeared products).
A client needing daily monitoring of 20K–30K listings across Amazon.de, Kaufland.de, and Allegro.pl — prices, availability, sellers, and change tracking — with a modular, start-with-one-add-others design.
Actowiz monitored 20,000–30,000 product listings across three European marketplaces — Amazon.de, Kaufland.de, and Allegro.pl — with daily updates. For each listing it captured product name, brand, category, product ID, price, discount, availability, delivery information, seller name, rating, review count, and product URL. Beyond a daily snapshot, the pipeline tracked change signals: new products appearing, price and availability changes, and products disappearing from the marketplaces. Delivered as CSV/Excel/Sheets (API-ready later) with a modular per-marketplace design, the client could start with one marketplace and add the others as budget allowed.
The client needed to monitor product data across three European marketplaces — Amazon.de, Kaufland.de, and Allegro.pl — for an estimated 20,000–30,000 listings, updated once a day.
They needed product names, brands, categories, product IDs, prices, discounts, availability, delivery information, seller names, ratings, review counts, and URLs — plus tracking of new products, price/availability changes, and products that disappear — with a modular design to start on one marketplace and add the others later.
Actowiz built modular per-marketplace pipelines into one normalized schema, with daily change detection.
