How Actowiz Solutions helped an artificial-jewellery brand list 1,000+ Flipkart SKUs with SEO-optimized catalog data, zero rejections, and 3-week delivery.
An artificial-jewellery brand based in Jaipur expanding from offline retail to Flipkart Catalog of 1,100+ SKUs across 14 categories.
The brand had product photos and basic names in a folder structure — nothing else. Flipkart's listing requirements (category-specific attributes, image specs, title conventions) meant each SKU needed a full data package before it could go live. Their internal estimate for manual listing was 4–5 months.
They also had no way to write titles and descriptions that would actually surface in Flipkart's internal search.
We started with the template, not the data. By reverse-engineering the attribute requirements of each target category, we produced a single master schema that every SKU could be mapped into — meaning validation errors were caught before upload rather than after rejection.
Catalog data was assembled from the client's raw assets and enriched with structured attributes (material, plating, stone type, occasion, dimensions). Titles were built to a fixed pattern that front-loaded the terms buyers actually search, and descriptions were generated per-SKU against a controlled template so that no two read identically.
Images were checked against Flipkart's dimension and background requirements and flagged where they failed.
SKU, category, title, description, bullet features, material, plating, dimensions, weight, MRP, selling price, image URLs (validated), attribute set per category.
Format: Flipkart bulk-upload sheet + master Excel · Cadence: One-time build, refresh template retained
All data derived from the client's own product catalog and public marketplace attribute specifications. No competitor content was copied.
