Preview 11.11 sale 2026 discounts on Shopee and Lazada across SEA: sourced category ranges, voucher stacking and a tracking plan.
The 11.11 sale 2026 falls on Wednesday, 11 November, and it is still the biggest single pricing event of the year on Shopee and Lazada in Southeast Asia. This report is a preview. It pulls together what platforms, consumer-deal publishers and industry media published about the 2024 and 2025 events, plus early 2026 guidance, so pricing teams can plan before the sale starts.
Direct answer: Published 2026 previews for Singapore point to headline 11.11 discounts of roughly 18–35% on electronics, 20–45% on fashion and 20–40% on beauty, with wider "up to" claims of 50–90% on flash deals. Effective prices depend on voucher stacking, so headline percentages overstate what most baskets actually save.
All ranges below are Estimate / forecast based on the publicly available sources cited in each section. None of them are measured Actowiz data. Where no public source exists, we say so or leave a placeholder for our post-sale dataset.

11.11 started in China as Singles Day, and Alibaba later turned it into a shopping event. Southeast Asian marketplaces adopted the date years ago, and it now anchors a run of "double-day" campaigns that ends with 12.12.
The regional market behind the event keeps growing. Momentum Works data reported by TechNode Global puts 2025 platform e-commerce GMV at US$157.6 billion, up 22.8% year on year. Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop (including Tokopedia) together held 98.8% of that platform market.
That concentration means two or three platforms set the discount "reference point" in every market through December.
| Year | Sourced 11.11 / market signal | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 2023 | Vietnam, 11.11 period: Shopee 78.3% revenue share, TikTok Shop 11.1%, Lazada 9.7% (YouNet ECI) | BigSeller |
| 2024 | Average 11.11 discount by category, Shopee / Lazada, SEA | Pending |
| 2025 | SEA platform GMV US$157.6bn, +22.8% YoY (full year) | TechNode Global |
| 2025 | Lazada committed US$25m regional investment to its 11.11 Global Brands Festival | Malay Mail |
| 2025 | Lazada Malaysia LazMall average order value +13% YoY during 11.11 | Malay Mail |
| 2026 | 11.11 falls on Wednesday 11 Nov; voucher walls expected to open late October | ShopBack SG |
Published 2026 previews only exist in usable detail for Singapore, and they disagree, so we show the full range. Treat every figure in this section as Estimate / forecast based on ShopBack SG and WhyNotDeals. Neither source is a platform announcement.
Three sources give category ranges. ShopBack's 2026 sale calendar lists "indicative typical spreads observed in 2024 and 2025". ShopBack's Shopee 11.11 vs Lazada 9.9 comparison gives median ranges from a 60-SKU cart match projected to 2026. WhyNotDeals labels its figures "expected discount" and links to Shopee through an affiliate link.
| Category (Singapore) | ShopBack calendar (2024–25 spreads) | ShopBack cart-match (Shopee 11.11, projected) | WhyNotDeals (expected 2026) | Combined expected range |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Electronics | 18–35% | Smartphones 8–15%; laptops 8–15% | 30–60% | 8–60% (core 18–35%) |
| Phone accessories | – | 25–40% | – | 25–40% |
| Fashion | 20–45% | Mass-market 25–40% | 40–80% | 20–80% (core 25–45%) |
| Beauty | 20–40% | K-beauty 25–40%; premium Western 12–22% | 30–60% | 12–60% (core 20–40%) |
| Home & small appliances | – | Air fryers / robot vacuums 15–25%; rice cookers 20–30% | 30–65% | 15–65% |
| Groceries & household | – | Household consumables 18–25%; snacks 15–22% | 20–40% | 15–40% |
| Baby care | – | 12–20% | – | 12–20% |
*Estimate / forecast based on ShopBack SG (Jul 2026) and WhyNotDeals (Jun 2026). Ranges are headline discounts off list price, before most vouchers.*
The pattern is consistent even where numbers differ: phones and laptops show the shallowest discounts, accessories, mass fashion and K-beauty the deepest, and FMCG clusters around 15–25%.
For Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam we found no published category-level discount ranges for 2024–2026. Platform press releases there quote "up to" ceilings, covered in the next section. Our post-sale category averages for these markets will go here: Pending.
The headline discount is the "up to 90% off" banner; the effective price is what a shopper pays after every voucher, coin and fee. On 11.11 the two can differ by tens of percentage points.
Platforms published very high ceilings in 2025. Lazada Malaysia promoted savings "up to 90%" under its Crazy Brand Mega Offer (Malay Mail). Lazada Philippines advertised LazFlash deals of up to 90% off (Context.ph). Shopee Singapore's Mall brands also ran "up to 90% off" (Shopee SG blog).
Basket-level estimates are far lower. ShopBack's worked example puts a S$1,000 basket at roughly 28–35% effective discount including cashback (ShopBack SG). A Malaysian example from RinggitPlus stacks a RM500 cart down to RM385, which is 23% off.
How voucher stacking works
Most 11.11 savings come from layers, not from the item price. These are the layers to model:
| Layer | Published 2025–26 example | Effect on effective price |
|---|---|---|
| Item / flash-sale price | Shopee MY "Lagi Murah" deals up to 50% off (Malay Mail) | Visible on the product page; the only layer most trackers capture |
| Shop / seller voucher | RM5–20 per shop in Malaysia (RinggitPlus) | Seller-funded; varies by store and can be opted out of stacking |
| Platform voucher | Shopee ID 10% / 15% / 20% off with caps of Rp11m / Rp1m / Rp111,000 (Medcom.id) | Capped, quota-limited, often time-boxed; value falls as basket rises |
| Coins / cashback | Shopee SG Guaranteed Lowest Price refunds 120% of a price difference in Coins (Shopee SG blog); coins add roughly 1–3% (ShopBack SG) | Deferred value; not a price cut at checkout |
| Free-shipping voucher | Shopee MY free shipping with no minimum spend during the sale (Malay Mail) | Removes a fee; matters most for low-value FMCG baskets |
| Bank / card voucher | KTC cards on Shopee TH: 2,000 baht off a 15,000 baht spend, 2,857 codes in total (KTC) | Only for some shoppers; usually capped and limited |
Lazada is automating the stack: in 2025 it promoted AI Lazzie and SmartStack tools that combine vouchers and rewards (Context.ph). Automatic stacking makes the checkout price harder to see from the product page, so cart-level capture matters more.
Each of the six major markets runs 11.11 differently, so a single regional discount figure hides more than it shows. Timing, voucher types and market momentum all vary.
Momentum Works data via TechNode Global shows how far apart the markets are. Thailand's GMV grew 51.8% in 2025 and Malaysia's 47.6%. Indonesia, the largest market with a 37% share, grew only 2.2%.
| Country | What is distinctive about 11.11 (sourced) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Singapore | Shopee's 2025 sale ran 8pm 10 Nov to 19 Nov, with fixed-price "$11 deals" and a $111-off-$350 voucher; bank card vouchers from most major banks | Shopee SG blog, ShopBack SG |
| Malaysia | Lazada "Chup Dulu" pre-sale: 10% deposit, balance paid on 11 Nov with stacked vouchers; hourly RM11 deals over a 28-hour marathon; TikTok Shop stackable discounts up to 30% | Malay Mail, Marketing-Interactive |
| Indonesia | Shopee's Rp10,000 discount for all users in the first ten minutes; percentage vouchers with hard rupiah caps; "Gratis Ongkir Rp0" shipping | Medcom.id |
| Philippines | Lazada sale window 8pm 10 Nov to 13 Nov; vouchers up to ₱2,000; Shopee PH changed days-to-ship rules around 11.11 | Context.ph, BigSeller |
| Thailand | Card-issuer codes give fixed baht discounts against minimum spends, valid on 11 Nov only and limited in number | KTC |
| Vietnam | Shopee dominated the 2023 11.11 period with 78.3% revenue share; average item price about VND116,000 on Shopee vs VND162,000 on Lazada | BigSeller (YouNet ECI) |
A 20% voucher capped at Rp111,000 in Indonesia is not the same promise as a fixed 2,000 baht card code in Thailand. Normalise every offer to a final price per SKU per country before comparing.
A useful 11.11 dataset records the same SKU at several points in time, with every price layer in its own field. One snapshot on 11 November cannot show whether a discount is real or inflated from a pre-sale price rise.
The sale has a long tail. ShopBack expects voucher walls to open in late October and a warm-up week of roughly 4–10 November (ShopBack SG). Shopee Singapore's 2025 event ran until 19 November (Shopee SG blog). So tracking for the 11.11 sale 2026 should start at least two weeks out and continue for a week after.
| Phase | When (2026) | Core fields to capture | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Baseline | Mid–late October | list_price, sale_price, stock_status, search_rank | Sets the "normal" price to test discount claims against |
| Warm-up | ~1–10 November | sale_price, voucher (type, value, cap, min spend), flash_sale_slot | Shows pre-sale price rises and voucher wall timing |
| Peak | 10 Nov 8pm – 11 Nov midnight | sale_price, voucher, final_price, stock_status, flash_sale_slot, search_rank | Captures early-bird, noon and flash-close windows separately |
| Encore | 12–19 November | sale_price, final_price, stock_status | Shows extensions and which SKUs ran out |
| After | Late November | list_price, sale_price | Reveals price snap-back and the true depth of the discount |
Two fields are often missed. Final price is the modelled checkout price for a defined basket after eligible stacking. Flash-sale slot records which window a deal belongs to, since ShopBack describes separate early-bird (12–2am), noon and flash-close windows.
The value of an 11.11 sale 2026 dataset is in the decisions it supports, not in the volume of rows. Most teams use it for four jobs.
Brands, marketplace sellers, retail media teams and analysts each ask a different question of the same data, as the table below shows.
Lazada's 2025 Malaysia recap shows why category detail matters. Average order value grew 197% for gaming devices and 106% for computers against the 9.9 campaign (Malay Mail). A single "average discount" would hide shifts like that.
| Team | Question for the 11.11 sale 2026 | Fields needed |
|---|---|---|
| Brand / channel manager | Are stacked prices below our minimum advertised price? | sale_price, voucher, final_price, seller |
| Marketplace seller | Is our voucher depth competitive in each slot? | voucher, flash_sale_slot, final_price |
| Retail media | When does rank move, and for which SKUs? | search_rank, flash_sale_slot, stock_status |
| Analyst | How much deeper is 11.11 than 10.10 and 12.12, by country? | list_price, final_price across events |
Competitive position in the 11.11 sale 2026 will be a mix of price, visibility and availability. A SKU that is cheapest but sold out by 12:30am does not win the day.
Momentum Works via TechNode Global describes Shopee as the regional leader, with TikTok Shop closing the gap and Lazada gaining in Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. Track Shopee and Lazada in every market, plus TikTok Shop where it matters to your category.
| Metric | How to calculate | 2025 benchmark |
|---|---|---|
| Effective discount depth | (list_price − final_price) / list_price | Pending |
| Price index vs competitors | Your final_price / median competitor final_price | Pending |
| Stock-out rate in peak window | SKUs sold out ÷ SKUs tracked, 10 Nov 8pm – 11 Nov 2am | Pending |
| Share of search | Your SKUs in top 20 results ÷ 20, per keyword | Pending |
| Post-sale snap-back | Days until sale_price returns to baseline | Pending |

Actowiz Solutions collects public Shopee and Lazada product, price and promotion data across Southeast Asia, respecting site terms and applicable law.
Published sources point to an 11.11 sale 2026 in which headline banners again promise "up to 90%", while realistic headline discounts in Singapore sit around 18–35% for electronics and 20–45% for fashion. These remain estimates based on ShopBack, WhyNotDeals and platform press material. For five of the six markets, no category-level ranges have been published at all.
The gap between headline and effective price is where pricing decisions are made. Teams that capture list price, sale price, every voucher layer, stock and rank across the whole event will see the real discount, not the banner. We will update this report with live tracked data after the sale.
The main day is Wednesday, 11 November 2026. Based on 2025 patterns and 2026 previews, platform warm-ups usually start in early November, voucher walls open in late October, and some peak deals begin at 8pm on 10 November. Shopee Singapore extended its 2025 sale until 19 November, so check each platform's official page for 2026 timing.
Published Singapore previews suggest roughly 18–35% for electronics, 20–45% for fashion and 20–40% for beauty, with deeper "up to 50–90%" flash deals on selected items. These are estimates from ShopBack and WhyNotDeals, not platform commitments. Effective basket savings estimates are lower, around 23–35% in published examples.
Voucher stacking means combining several offers on one order: the item's sale price, a shop voucher, a platform voucher, coins or cashback, free shipping and sometimes a bank card voucher. Each layer has its own cap, minimum spend and quota, so the final checkout price can differ a lot from the headline discount.
Headline discounts show the best case for a few items, often before caps and limits. The effective price is what a shopper actually pays after all eligible vouchers, coins and fees for a real basket. Published examples show "up to 90%" banners alongside basket-level savings of about 23–35%.
It covers Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam on Shopee and Lazada, with TikTok Shop as context. Only Singapore has published category-level discount previews for 2026. For the other markets, the report describes sourced campaign mechanics and leaves placeholders for post-sale tracked data.
Track list price, sale price, voucher details (type, value, cap and minimum spend), modelled final price, stock status, flash-sale slot and search rank. Capture them before the sale as a baseline, during each peak window, and for a week afterwards to see whether prices snap back.
