Discover how a CPG brand tracked 200 SKUs across Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, and Gryftr in a single dashboard to monitor pricing, availability, promotions, and competitor performance in real time.

| Project Duration | 4-platform add-on to existing engagement, 6-week build |
The client was already an Actowiz customer, tracking pricing and availability data across major Indian Q-Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). The intelligence was working: the brand team caught pricing inconsistencies, stockouts, and competitor launches faster than before.
But the team was missing data from four additional platforms that had become commercially meaningful: Amazon (for general e-commerce overlap), Blinkit (extended catalog coverage), Gryftr (a fast-growing fashion + lifestyle platform), and Woohoo (gift cards + voucher commerce). Each had different category dynamics, different competitive sets, and different customer cohorts.
The brand's leadership had reached a clear realization: a fragmented data view was worse than no data, because it created false confidence. They needed all four platforms in the same dashboard as the existing Q-Com data.
Actowiz Solutions extended the existing data extraction pipeline to add the four new platforms:
The four new platforms each had different catalog structures and access patterns. The pipeline used Actowiz's existing infrastructure (proxy management, distributed scraping, schema normalization) to bring the new data into the same dashboard architecture the client's team was already using daily.
Output included a master view (all platforms, all SKUs) plus platform-specific drilldowns for deep analysis when needed.
If you're a CPG or D2C brand operating in India, your digital shelf is fragmented across far more than the obvious Blinkit + Zepto + Instamart trinity. Amazon, Gryftr, Woohoo, BigBasket BBNow, Tata Neu, and a growing list of platforms each capture meaningful basket share. The brands consolidating these into a single intelligence layer are catching competitive moves in days, not quarters.
The hard part isn't scraping one platform. The hard part is doing it across many platforms, with consistent schemas, in time to act on what the data shows.
