Google Play data scraping collects public Play listings by country: ratings, prices, in-app purchase notes, the developer's data safety declarations and install bands such as 10M+. Bands are recorded as ranges, never turned into counts. In the US, court-ordered changes from Epic v. Google took effect from October 2025, allowing outside links and other billing; these are dated store events. Country is on every record, no download or revenue estimate is presented as data, and reviewer names and profiles are never collected.

An install band is Google's statement. A download count is someone's model. Only the first is data here.
