Screening is never answered

Cover for pre-existing conditions depends on a medical screening. That is an individual's health information, so it is never entered, invented or tested.

The signposting rule

Since April 2021 UK firms must signpost a specialist directory when they refuse or restrict cover for a medical condition or add a premium above a trigger; from 1 January 2026 the trigger is £200. Recorded as regulation, not tested.

What we do not do

Answer screening questions, request quotes with invented travellers, map region definitions between insurers, or collect any health or policyholder data.
